anyone else suffering from swollen feet?

Question

I'm only 18+3 and I've noticed that over the past few day my feet have started to swell, granted that working everyday and being in the middle of moving house won't help.

Is this normal or something I should contact my midwife about?

Oh and it does help to soak feet in hot water and epsom salt in a bucket/pot/tub I noticed the next morning they don't hurt as bad if I do that.

My feet aren't swelling yet but my fingers are. I can't wear my wedding ring anymore and have to wear it on a necklace!!

Buy some compression socks. I'm on my feet all day as a teacher and wearing those to work saved my legs and feet!

Noticed it 2 days ago for the first time. Got compression stockings with same day delivery and after being on my feet all day today - so far so good!

It happened to me! I try to lessed my sodium intake and drink lots of water and also elevate your feet!! It helps!! It was gone the following day and try not to be on your feet alot.

I hear you! On my feet aT work 12 hours a day and the carpal tunnel in my hands is real. So frustrating :-(

Yes it happens to me as well im 20w5d. I read we should not be on our feet more than 3 hours at a time if possible. My prenatal yoga instructor advises us to lay with our legs against a wall for a while to allow some of the fluid to return. I do it in my bed using my headboard like a wall. Compression socks may help as well and i plan on buying a pair soon.
