PUPP. that's what it looks like. I've had it before. They showed up in random places. Does it itch? Mine never did. Was just annoying.

Fungal infection! A doctor can give you something for it nothing to worry about though it's just annoying

Agee probably thrush... check your baby to see if the tongue is white, like a layer of milk, if so, it's thrush

No.  Mastitis will be a firm, tender, warm area on your breast.  It would be very unlikely for you to have multiple areas of mastitis at once, it would just be one.  The borders of it would not be crisp like that.  It is not itchy.  It hurts.  A lot.  (I have had mastitis twice).

Perhaps it is a yeast infection?  Or tinea corporis?
