Online Dating: after meeting in person.

Mimi
So, first timer here. Hello humans!! I have a predicament I'd like your input on.
I met this great guy online. Spoke over the phone and texted for a few weeks. He always kept reminding me how much he liked me and couldn't wait to meet me. We kept talking and shared some pictures (no nudes) and it all seemed great. I have to let you know, he owns two businesses and is currently working on opening his third, plus he has four children. So all in all, he is a super busy man. Which I understand because as a pastry chef, I am too. Only, he is three times busier. So, this past Monday we met where he lives. We only spent about an hour together that night since he had to leave to be with his one daughter and his parents were babysitting. We talked, we cuddled and end up having sex. After we talked for a little more and he told me why it was so hard for him to have a relationship. Every woman he has tried to have a relationship with in recent months, have told himmthe same thing: we can't do this because you are always so busy. We kissed, he hugged me tight and he went on his way.  When he texted me that the first time, I did told him that if we decided to pursue spending time together and see where this goes, we would make it work and we could. That I was willing to give him the chance.
Here's my thing, after that I haven't spoken to him much. We did talked about that night and he made sure I knew he did still liked and wanted me. He's just been busy. A part of me thinks he is just being nice and will end up cutting me off soon. I really like this guy. We always have a good time talking and that hour or so we spent together was great.
Am I overthinking it and there's nothing to worry about and he is just busy?? Or Should I give him some space and see what happens? I haven't spoken to him since Saturday. Input please... and go!
