3.5 weeks PP to a little preemie so pumping has controlled my life all day everyday. I haven't had any problems until yesterday. My left nipple feels like it's going to fall off! 😩 It literally killed me to pump this morning. I use nipple cream in between each pump and also lowered my pump settings to barely any suction on that side. Any tips or suggestions?? Help please!
