Nexplanon

I was recently was on the implanon/Nexplanon for 5 years. I've been off it for 7 months now and can't seem to fall pregnant. Any tips are similar experiences. I figured I can't be ovulating when the app tells me I am. My period is coming each month just lost and confused🤔🤔🤔🤔
