Question please help

So I got a positive LH surge on June 15 and 16. My husband and I baby danced. I notice again on the 22nd I got another positive LH surge. Which one do I go by????? If it's the first one how long after ovulation does your cervix go back dow. Even on the 2nd one shouldn't it have went down by now. It's still really high and I'm having small pressure or cramps on my abdominal. Please someone help me understand.
