please help I don't know what to think

I got my nexaplanon removed mid May and had a period about 2 weeks after. We have been trying to conceive. I was suppose to start my period a week ago and haven't had anything yet. No signs of it either. I took a test a couple days before I was suppose to start and it beg. Could I be pregnant or is it just late due to the birth control?
