Do you breast feed and or have you recently started him on baby foods?

If he hasn't eaten any green food lately, green mucousy poop is often a sign of a food intolerance. It happens most often with a dairy intolerance but could be any food, really. I would see if anything new was introduced lately and try removing it and seeing if baby gets better. Otherwise definitely go see a doctor.
