IVF & A wedding! advise please!!!
Hello ladies! I need advice badly!
My husband and I are scheduled to begin stims for our first IVF on August 21. So retrieval and transfer can happen anywhere from Aug 31-Sept 9.
Problem is im suppose to be a personal attendant in a wedding on Sept 9, which also happens to be my 25th birthday.
With potential dates with all the fertility stuff being up in the air, I need to back out of the wedding. (I was asked over a year ago to be a PA for those wondering). I don't know how to tell this gal. I don't want her to know I need to back out because of IVF because we don't want many people knowing and honestly she has a big mouth. How do I go about this? Any advise is appreciated!
