Late but not pregnant 😢

I'm barely late but I am extremely regular with my cycle, like down to the hour. We are TTC but I had a period at the end of May along with a negative pregnancy and my husband was out of town May 23-June 21 so we didn't get a chance to try.

I should have started my cycle on Sunday morning but no signs of anything. I haven't had any changes in diet or exercise and I also had a colcoscopy 2 weeks ago that caused some spotting but nothing a panty liner couldn't handle.

Any advice or anyone dealing with similar issues?
