Diaper Rash stain in car help?!

Hi! A few weeks ago, I went shopping with my daughter and they didn't have a changing table inside. I went to my car and changed her and used some diaper rash cream on her bottom. She started wiggling around and got the cream all over my black seats. I have tried everything I can think of to get this stain out and nothing works. I literally have the impression of her butt cheeks on the seat lol

Has anyone ever had this happen and was able to get it out??
