Hello! I am 37 weeks pregnant & for the last 2 weeks I've been seeing little black dots in my vision when i look up i had a headache for about 3 days straight but its gone now. Ive also had severe swelling in my right foot but not my left. My blood pressure has always been low since i got pregnant usually around 90 but last appt its gone up to 114 all on its own which i know is still normal but to go up that much all of the sudden when its been 90 this whole time shocked me. Could this be signs of preeclampsia? Next appt not for another 2 weeks but will phone my doctor soon if swelling does not go down.
