4 weeks 1 day and the heartburn!!

Im 4 weeks with my 4th baby and i dont remember ever having this bad of heartburn with my last 3!! Ive tried tums and anything else u can think of!!!! I was sick thru my whole 1st pregnancy i even threw up during my c section but stopped as soon as she came out. My 2nd and 3rd were normal and this one im really nauseated and heartburn is horrible. Any good remedies that i may not have tried yet???
