3.5 week old with baby acne and now this rash. What is this? Is this normal? Part of baby acne?

My LO has that, too. She's 5 weeks, started appearing last week. Our pediatrician said it's baby acne/heat rash. Just said warm wash cloth few times a day. I've been using breast milk as well, and it works so great!

If (she?)'s wearing a bib all the time her neck could be irritated from that, or if she's not then her neck could be being irritated by a tag. The velcro bibs do this to my son's neck all the time and it goes away shortly after I take it off. The bibs with buttons instead of velcro work much better for him because they don't irritate him.
