If you do chose to use it, do it the right way.  Make sure they are in another room and that it dries before they go into the room.

If you wipe down the surfaces you've sprayed with Lysol properly you should be fine. You can use Lysol in the kitchen on surfaces you prep food on with no problems as long as you rinse your counters well. I personally wipe mine down with Lysol then wipe them with a fresh cloth three time to remove any traces of Lysol. My mum has done the same as long as I can remember and that includes the time when my younger brothers were babies/toddlers.

I wouldn't use Lysol wipes around anyone...I use homemade reusable wipes made with castile soap
