First OB appointment today.

So i went for my first appt today and It was okay. i went to see if i was actually pregnant. which i am. Turns out i'm 7 weeks and 2 days. 😌 so she went ahead and did me an ultrasound. She saw my sack but nothing in there. They said they going to check my blood and call. Has this happened to anyone ? i'm nervous & im trying to think positive.
