anyone else terrified for child birth and labour 😩🙈
I'm 38 weeks 3 days and I had a cervix exam today to check for dilation (1 cm I found out) , putting my feet on the stirrups and her feeling inside me it became more real and I was thinking how am I going to give birth 🙈
Anyone have any advice? I planned to do it all natural as well having a lot of anxiety though after today on birthÂ
