I'm here to see if maybe someone could tell me what's happening instead of going to the e.r for nothing.

I'm so I'm 7 wks 4 days pregnant. My husband and I were being intimate and he pulled me on top of him and started doing it a little rough. I didn't feel nothing but now I'm cramping and it hurts and I'm scared to go to the restroom. I'm not spotting or bleeding whatsoever but I just want to know of this is normal. I don't want to miscarry all for some stupid mistake :(
