Yes. But if it isn't blood tinged or have brown tinge.......then it's nothing to be too worried about. It can still grow back.

That's how mine looked with my daughter. And it kept coming out for days. I was 3cm dilated and didn't go into labor for 2 weeks.

From what I have read looks like it could be. Try googling mucus plug photos and compare. Good luck. Also the mucus plug can regenerate at anytime during pregnancy so it's not an accurate sign of labor in the near future my OB said.
