I'm so confused I need advice!!!

So I took a OPK on cycle day 13 and 14 and it was definitely positive. Then i had a few days were the tests were clearly negative. So this morning just to see I took another OPK and im now cycle day 27. This is the OPK which looks positive again to me. Does this mean I'm ovulating again?
