Implantation bleeding or period?

Hello.

We have been TTC for six months now, but to no avail. This month am so sure am pregnant until AF show her ugly face. I had pregnancy symptoms such as cold, headaches, bloating, abdominal movement, nausea, leg cramps, feverish, body and joint pains. I was a day late (felt so excited), until my AF showed up on the second day, with a light brownish and pinkish discharge, not as my usual period though. Am still feverish, lost appetite with a bitter mouth.

My question, can this bleeding be implantation or my period, though it came a day after my period was due. I need urgent answers please.
