Last night I had my legs stretched out on the couch and my husband got up to get some ice cream. When he came back I had adjusted a little and without looking he sat down, not realizing I had moved a little. When he sat, he went right down on my foot and my ankle kind of twisted a little. I pulled it out just in time that it didn't get completely crushed but this morning it's quite achy. It's hard to describe, it's like a tired ache and it's throbbing some, there's no swelling. I've taken Tylenol but can't take anything else because I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant. Should I be concerned about it or wait a few days and see how it is? We are going on a trip that involves a lot of walking next week and I don't want to be out of commission.
