Has anyone had spotting that was an indicator they were pregnant?

I had sore boobs and had a bleed on my period date. Bled some more thought was normal period. Boobs still hurt 14 Days later I bled again - took a test and it's positive. I'm now 13 weeks

I had implantation bleeding (very light spotting for about 2hrs) a week before my missed period in both my pregnancies
