There's no way to determine the sex that early luv. Perhaps a bit of counseling to help you with your loss would be beneficial? Not judging just suggesting

Why would you want someone to guess the sex of the baby from your missed miscarriage? What gestation were you at when the scan was done.

 I've gone through enough down time and now I'm up,looking forward for a rainbow baby ❤️ 
We heard his heartbeat so we believe there's already a soul, I did dream of the baby and it was a boy. So we named him Haven just to give us a closure and a name to refer to. 
My husband and I talk about Haven quite openly as we announced our pregnancy on Valentine's Day when it was very early to our close friends and family.

I don't even think the genitalia is solidly male or female that early.. I'm sorry for your loss but focusing on other things may be helpful.
