I interviewed at Kroger Friday and the woman that interviewed me said that they would have a meeting tuesday(today) to decide who gets hired and who doesn't. She said they would send out emails to everyone regardless if they were hired or not so they would know. She said they would Email between 12-1:00pm, but if I didn't receive an email yet then look some time after 1:00. I called the store around 2pm and the person said that the woman that interviewed me was in a conference call at the moment. Was this the meeting she was talking about? Or is it something else? I really don't understand what a conference call is. She is the hr manager and she had to speak with other hiring managers to see who got the job. Please answer !! I really need to know what's going on!
