So I'm 21, not on BC, haven't had sex in 3 years, & it's likely I have PCOS bc my mom does but my symptoms are the opposite of what hers were at my age. Hers were extremely heavy and caused her to go on BC shots. Anyway, I've always had extremely irregular periods. It was more regular and far far heavier when I was younger (14/15ish). Then at one year I only had it like 3 times and then just less and less each year. But now, this year I've had it twice and they're so so so light. I don't even need a panty liner but I wear it just in case. I'll actually bleed once or twice and have to change said pad out once and then I spot the rest of the time.

I know it's abnormal & it freaks me out.

I don't have a way to go to a gyno, I've never been, right now I have to rely on my mom & she doesn't really see the importance.

I just want to know I'm not crazy & not alone.
