Tampons?

I've never used a tampon before and I want to try it but it scares me a little. Should I give hem a try and do I have anything to worry about?

I've always used them, it's easy to use and nothing to be scared about .

I use them and I started out with the Tampax Lites, they are thinner and great for first timers trying to learn how to use them

They're a bit difficult at first, but you'll soon get used to it. And once you use them they are such a life saver ☺️ definitely worth getting the first few months when they're awkward to use out the way!!
