Pregnant after D&C?

Hi there,

I had a D&C 8 weeks ago due to a partial molar pregnancy. This was at 12 weeks along. I haven't been going for regular blood tests (I was too depressed) and I had a period about 4 weeks ago. I took this test today and am not sure if I could be pregnant or if it's left over hormone from my previous pregnancy?

I got pregnant 8 weeks after mine. I'm currently 35 weeks now :)

I'd say could definitely be a new pregnancy!

If you have had a period since your D&C will more than likely be a new pregnancy. Go see your doc and look after yourself

If you had a real period after the d&c I'd say it's a new pregnancy!! I'd test again in a week if you don't want to book an appointment just yet, but I think you're pregnant.

I think 8 weeks is a long time and its a real pregnancy. Test again
