What can i do about my pains ?

I'm 7 months in people really think I'm 3 my belly is so freaking small but I can feel him going crazy in there I work out but still don't help what can I do for pain

At 3 months, or even 4 months, most moms aren't even showing. I wasn't obviously pregnant until 6 months. Your belly doesn't look small.

You're asking what to do for the pain, but you didn't mention any pain? What kind of pain are you experiencing?

You look way bigger than 3 months - in 4 and you are at least twice my belly. 
For pain, go see a pregnancy massage therapist or physio for muscle and back pain, which will ease the strain on your front muscles too. 
You look normal and fine to me.
