horrible morning sickness!! prescribed zofran!!

I've been having horrible morning sickness to the point where I couldn't even get out of bed and take care of my 2 year old. My obgyn prescribed me zofran. After reading a few things online about how there is 1 study in Europe that says it isn't safe has me worried now. I don't know whether I should keep taking it or if I should stop and not be able to take care of my daughter again!! Even while taking it I don't feel 100% better but at least I can function. Have any other mommies taken it or are taking it?
