Depends on who you are....personally, i am a very dramatic person at times and people will point it out...sometimes rudely sometimes casually....you could take it either wat you want...id take it as a compliment and then flaunt my 'dramatic-ness' dramatically...but i guess is just who i am i think😂

When it's been used towards me, it usually always feels like an insult. I'm not into theater and acting so I know it's not being used that way. I usually feel like it's meant to be negative when it's used towards other people also.
