I've been dealing with this for 8yrs now it's been rollercoaster but I'm still here believe me it's now walk in the park at all but pls if u feel sick mentally get help

I have PTSD and depression along with it. Also have a beautiful 2 year old girl who makes life worth living everyday. Things can be really tough but always just remember tomorrow is another day and life is worth living so seek the help you need and I'm here for anyone who needs a chat ☺

I have a whole long list of mental illnesses along with physical illnesses, so much I literally forget at least one when I make a list. Y'all are not alone ❤️
