Hello mommies out there! Any tips on how often I should pump during the day while still executively breastfeeding my daughter? My LO is one month old and I would like to introduce her one bottle per day to get her get used to bottle feeding before I return to work. I also want to start stacking up breastmilk supply too. I tried to pump for the first time today. I fed her one breast then pump on the other in the morning and I did 2 sessions today. Only got little more than 1oz per breast tho. 😖
