TTC missed fmu

Question: if I missed using FMU, when during the day is the next best time to test? I am around 11 dpo (not according to glow but using a diff app that seems more accurate according to my cycle) and I tested two days ago in the middle of the day. Got a negative. AF is due Thursday (6/29).  Its killing me to wait. We BD'ed several times during my fertile window (on both apps). I'm just feeling anxious since we've been trying for baby #2 for a while now and had two MC.
