when are you having your next baby?

Any mom out there planning on trying to conceive 6 months after delivery? I know it's not recommended but I read and speak to many women who have and had successful healthy pregnancies and babies. I delivered in June and we are trying for number 2 come this December. Anyone else out there been there done that?

Also want to add... I mean honestly don't recommend it bc it's not good for your body but also bc it's hard on finances/spouses/relationships... but has perks like the baby stage is over faster bc they are close. Idk I want my first kid out of diapers before I have my second bc diapers are expensive even tho I did hella good job at coupouninf at cvs.

It's not recommended especially if you had a cesarean because your body hasn't had time to heal and replenish all your nutrients. And also your uterus could end up tearing i know that's worse case scenario type thing and I know plenty of women have babies back to back but there are real reasons why I is not recommended.

That's Irish twins. I'm trying to space my kids like 2.5-3 years. Otherwise too expensive. I get it for people over 35 tho and having their first. But not for me!!! I would lose my mind lol.

My daughter is now 5 months and we aren't actively ttc but we're not being careful and okay with whatever timeline we get our second little bundle at this point. Ideally, I would rather wait another year so my first would be closer to 2 than 1 but que sera sera 🤗
