Question about weight? I feel discouraged!
So I've been on a diet for a little more than 2 weeks. When I started, I weighed 188.5 lbs. And I went down to 184.4 lbs. Which is a total of 4.1 lbs lost. I had a cheat day for 2 days, and somehow I gained all the weight back. I did 2 weeks worth of work just to gain it all back! Is this possible? Could this be water weight, or did I fuck up? Please help, I'm feeling discouraged!
