Has anyone gained weight from taking Zoloft? Or any other antidepressant. And if so, how did you lose the weight.

I was just wondering if anyone can give me some tips to lose the weight I've gained. Ever since I took Zoloft I gained so much weight, I went from 115 to 142. I can't fit in my jeans anymore n it really upsets me. I don't know any good work outs. I'm going my best to drink water too.

I was 80-ish pounds when I took Zoloft and it was my first antidepressant. Other ones made me blow up, like Effexor.

I'm in Zoloft and it makes me lose weight. Lose/gaining weight is a common side effect with this medication.

I know the struggle 😩😩 I was on Prozac and gained 75 lbs over the course of 3 months. I wasn't able to lose any weight until I got off the pill, and even then, I have a lot more trouble losing weight now than I did before. Sorry, I don't have any advice, but I know how much it sucks!
