Should I Start It Up Again?
So I was in this long distance relationship for about 5-6 months with an amazing guy who truly cared about me. Actually, we had gone in a few dates before, but it didn't work out the first time. He contacted me after several months and wanted to try again. I said yes and our relationship began over texting and FaceTime. We met up for some time together a few times and I even stayed a weekend with him.
I was set to go and see him again at the end of March, but he had to cancel b/c he had a family emergency. We said that we would find another time that would work. But we never did and quickly our communication ceased.
I truly liked him and cared for him. I would love to reach out and see if it could start up again. I have trouble with communication and relationships because of some stuff that happened to me in the past. I feel like I screwed it up and don't want to again.
What should I do?
