Sleeping position after c section..
Hey ladies I just had my first baby by c section and was wondering if I can sleep on my sides and back? Or positions are more suitable when you had a c section I'm 1week post partum and have been sleeping on my back but I feel so much pressure on my stomach.. any suggestions or advice?
