need comfort please take the time out to read! (std and infection topic)

So I've had multiple sex partners lately , and yes I know it's stupid but I'm going to get tested tomoro to make sure . I have not had any symptoms and I don't believe the people I've messed around with have anything tbh. But my heads messing w me!! Please anybody if you guys ever had a scare please put it down below or if anybody has ever had a infection let me know also . Like I said I don't have symptoms and I've looked up every symptom for every disease and I don't relate at all to any . Please just comfort me!
