Travel out of the country ?

Hi , is it safe to travel out of the country with twins at 7 weeks ?

I would say to ask your OB. As long as you aren't going somewhere with Zika or other diseases that you can't get immunizations for now that you are pregnant then I think they would say it's okay. I wouldn't risk it personally. And if you do go, take your medical records with you incase something happens and you need to see an OB while traveling.

It's safe as long as you are making yourself comfortable (treating your nausea, getting up to walk around the plane frequently, etc.)! I just traveled from LA to Barcelona, Spain (12 hours in flight) and everything was perfectly fine. Told my Dr. I was going to go, no problems with it at all! I'm not carrying twins, but I imagine there would not be restrictions to you traveling as well. I heard you can travel into your third trimester!

I wouldn't unless absolutely necessary.. if we were moving or had to travel to see a medical specialist, not for vacation. I think most pediatricians would advise against it and I think some airlines might have a policy (not 100% sure, but worth checking into).

I don't think that's an issue. We are going to Europe when I'm 5 months but I only have 1 baby cooking. My doc did suggest getting prescription nausia drugs as flying can increase your nausia. I haven't really had any nausia/ I try not to take drugs unless necessary so I declined but you might want to look into that! Also don't go anywhere where there is zika! That should be a given.
