feeling sluggish
Maybe you guys will be able to tell me a little insight. I started on Sunday changing what I eat, less sugar & sweets, more water(that's all I drink now) and walking at least a half a mile to a mile a day. Well the last two days I've been extremely tired like don't wanna get out of bed can't hold my eyes open tired. Is this normal? Anything I can do to get the sluggish feeling gone?
