Workouts??
Any body have some good work out ideas I'm 5 weeks PP i go today for my follow up appointment and I'm going to see i I'm allowed to start working out. I've never been one to work out but I wanna get in better shape. Ive been going on 1miles to 2 mile walks 3 to 4 times a week the last 2 weeks but I know Thats not going to help lose my belly probably. So just would love some suggestions. Being I'm just going to be starting.
