Young mom to be

Hi guys I'm 18 years old and will be a new mom next year but it wasn't planned. I did want an abortion but then started to feel guilty. I want to have a successful career but I suffer from mental illnesses and I'm thinking am I gonna be able to be successful? Has anyone else managed to be successful with a baby? My mom had a job but lost it to cancer so she's now on benifits and it's extremely hard. I want to make her proud and make sure she has enough money everyday and especially to make sure there's enough food in the fridge. Whatever money she gets she makes it work but I want her to live and not survive on low income
