weight loss-tips needed for healthy weight loss please! I have cut back drastically on my eating habits and work on my feet daily but do not work out often.
My highest weight I have been at would be 186.6
In just a few months I dropped to an estimation of 176. (Above picture)
Within just a week or so, I dropped to 164.2.
Now I am teeder toddering between 164-166 due to eating less and constantly moving throughout the day at work.
