Birth Control Implant Removal

So just today I had my birth control bar removed, and just yesterday night around 5:30am me and my boyfriend had sex and he came in me. I've read a lot of people saying they've gotten pregnant right after the removal but what about getting pregnant from yesterday's sex? I'm definitely TTC, just curiously that's possible.
