Period/ miscarriage?

Okay, so basically my boyfriend & I had sex, and i got pregnant. See im only 16 years of age and im sure every 16 year okd would freak of they found out they were having a child. my boyfriend broke up with me BEFORE he knew i was pregnant. Before I knew i was pregnant. After i told him he said the best way is to own up to our mistake and become adults. Which he was 100% right. I knew i was pregnant because i took about 4 test, all saying positive. Yesterday i was exactly 11 weeks so i went for a heartbeat ultrasound. They couldnt find a heartbeat. I was suppose to  go back in on Monday just incase it was a mess up with the monitor. Anywho. I woke up with blood everywhere. extreamly thick blood. And it was very dark. Was this a miscarriage? Im sure it was. But just making sure. The blood wasnt how my period normally is.
