Confused ovulation
I Had a positive OPK YESTERDAY MORNING with severe cramping, bloating and tender breast and now today at 6pm my opk is negative! Is it positive I ovulated yesterday or is my body gearing up to ovulate in the next couple hours or day? The test by it self is from today
