I never did with my first born kus I didn't know about it...he grew up fine. Now with second baby I try every other day..but honestly I think it's a myth

I started from birth. We did it on my chest for the first few weeks and moved onto the floor when he was probably 3 weeks old.

Right away. with my 5 week old, instead of putting him down on the floor or the bed for tummy time, I'll lay him down on my chest. He's much more comfortable and loves looking at my face.

I did it right away starting with using my chest and after the belly button cord fell off I started putting her on the floor since the cord stump bothered her till it fell off

I've seen plenty of friends babies who didn't do tummy time and they have a had time holding up their head plus have a flat head from being in their back all the time. It's not a myth.

Right away but only for a minute or two a day and as they get older you gradually increase the time.
