preterm labor signs??

I started having Braxton hicks contractions SUPER early on, like 24 weeks.. I'm 31 weeks right now. I get irregular contractions all day long, even with drinking water and laying down. Sometimes I have intense cramps and really strong pelvic pressure, but once again both irregular. My discharge has increased a lot and sometimes it's clear and watery, but not a large amount. Moms that went into early labor --- did you notice any specific signs that you were going into labor soon before you actually went into labor?? I just wonder if this means baby will be here sooner than 40 weeks.

BH started at 17 weeks for me. One day at work I kept having them back to back. No pain,  just uncomfortable. Went to the ER after work and was told I had a UTI and irritated uterus.  At my 20 week anatomy scan,  the tech saw that I was dilated. I was sent over to the hospital to get an emergency cerclage. Once the procedure started, my OB saw that I was 2.5cm dilated with bulging membranes.  They had to tilt me on my head and push my water back in and stitch me up.  I have been on strict bed rest and progesterone suppositories ever since, and that was May first. I am now 28w4d. I had no idea that I was in labor. No pain or anything, just the BH. If I were you, I would go get checked out just to be sure.

Call your doctor just in case to be checked. At 34+3 I started having regular contractions and dilating and they had to give me shots to stop it. I'm now 35+1, dilated to a 2, 50% effaced, and lost my mucus plug. I'm being monitored very closely for now

You don't always know when you're in labor. I had a little leaking. Clear watery fluid. I went to the dr. I was 2 cm dialated 50%effaced and my water bags were bulging. I've been in the hospital for over two weeks now.

You'll know when you're in labor. And the contractions will be regular. Your body won't progress until contractions become regular and are close together.
